…นับตั้งแต่ต้นปีนี้เป็นต้นมา ครั้งนี้เป็นครั้งที่ 3 ที่ผมได้มีโอกาสออกรอบตกปลาทะเลกันอีกครั้งหนึ่ง และการออกรอบตกปลาทะเลในครั้งนี้ ก็เป็นงานที่เกี่ยวกับนานาชาติซะอีก เพราะฉะนั้น 
เมื่อมีกลิ่นไอของนานาชาติแล้ว ก็ไม่สิ้นกลิ่นไอของ No Logo - Go-Inter(national) อยู่เฉกเช่นเคย เพียงแต่ว่า เพียงแต่ว่าการเดินทาง Go – Inter. ในครั้งนี้ของผมไม่ได้เดินทางออกนอกประเทศแต่เพียงอย่างใดเลยก็เท่านั้นเอง...สถานที่จะเป็นที่ไหน แล้วการที่ไม่ได้เดินทางออกนอกประเทศทำไมถึงยังคงความเป็น Go-Inter. ได้นั้น ก็หวังว่า...ภาพเปิดนี้คงบรรจุคำตอบให้กับทุกๆท่านน่ะครับ [Subtitle: Commencing from the beginning of this year, this was my 3rd sea fishing trip. It is therefore once my trip contains the international scent, the scent in the style of “No Logo – Go Inter(national)” is still however existed herein this post as usual. Unfortunately, Going – Inter(national) in this trip, I didn’t go out of Thailand at all. Where was the place? Why staying in domestic was still contained the International concept? It’s hoped that this opening photo should contain the answer therein for all of you folks then.]
ผมได้อ่านวัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดงานในครั้งนี้แล้ว สายตาของผมมาสะดุดอยู่ตรงที่คำว่า “Sustainable Fishing” (การตกปลาอย่างยั่งยืน) เป็นอย่างมาก ถึงแม้ว่าวัตถุประสงค์ฉบับภาษาไทย (ที่มี 5 ข้อ) จะไม่ตรงกับคำแปลภาษาอังกฤษ (ที่มีอยู่ถึง 7 ข้อ) ในเอกสารประชาสัมพันธ์ที่แจกให้กับนักตกปลาก็ตามน่ะครับ แต่นั่นไม่ใช่ประเด็นสำหรับผม...แต่การเริ่มต้นส่งเสริมและประชาสัมพันธ์สร้างจิตสำนึกของนักตกปลา ให้ตระหนักถึงการตกปลาที่ “ไม่ล้างผลาญ” เช่น เปลี่ยนความคิดจากการตกเอาปลาขึ้นมาเยอะๆให้คุ้มกับค่าเงินที่ใช้จ่ายในการออกทริป หรือการไม่ตกปลาเล็กขึ้นมา เป็นต้น ที่แย่ไปกว่านั้น ก็คือ การจับปลาในฤดูวางไข่ การจับปลาโดยใช้ไฟฟ้า ฯลฯ...ดังนั้นคำว่า “ยั่งยืน” (Sustainable) นั่นต่างหาก ที่เป็นประเด็นในความรู้สึกนึกคิดของผม 
...แล้วท่านๆนักตกปลาทั้งหลายล่ะ ท่านได้ลงมือปฏิบัติให้การตกปลาเป็นไปอย่างยังยืนเพียงซักครั้งแล้วหรือยัง?
[Subtitle: As per my reviewing the objectives of this fishing tournament, my eyes sight has strike on the term “International Sustainable Fishing” so much. Even the objectives in Thai (contained 5 articles) were not identical with the English version (contained 7 articles) reflected in the communication handout to all angles, that was not the issue to me. Instead, support and public communication to build and realization of the angle’s mindset to recognize their own “sustainable” actions, i.e., not to catch as many as fishes worth with the costs spent in each fishing trip, or not to catch the juvenile ones. The worst case scenario is to catch them during their spawning season, or even catch them by using electricity, etc. The term “Sustainable” instead is therefore the issue point striking my sense. All angler folks, have you served your fishing style as the “sustainable fishing” even once yet?] ได้แก่ เกาหลีใต้ ญี่ปุ่น ฟิลิปปินส์ อินเดีย มาเลเซีย สิงคโปร์ เนปาล แคมโบเดีย สวิสเซอร์แลนด์ เนเธอร์แลนด์ เมียนมา สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว ไต้หวัน อินโดนีเซีย และประเทศไทยของเรา...ดังนั้น เพื่อให้การสื่อสารภายใต้กระทู้นี้เข้ากับบรรยากาศสากล และเปิดโอกาสให้นักตกปลานานาชิตได้มีโอกาสเข้ามา Share & Learn ในบ้าน SFC หลังนี้ด้วยพร้อมๆ กันนั้น ผมจึงจัดทำกระทู้นี้ให้มีภาษาอังกฤษประกอบกันไปด้วยน่ะครับ [Subtitle: Due to this fishing event has contained the term “international”. Lots of angles participated in this tournament either Thais or Foreign anglers for 15 teams, e.g., South Korea, Japan, Philippine, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Nepal, Cambodia, Switzerland, Netherland, Myanmar, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Taiwan, Indonesia and Thailand. To communicate this post aligns with the International concept and also giving an opportunity to foreign anglers to be able to Share & Learn with our folks in this SFC, then, allow me to arrange the post in English as well.] 
[Subtitle: Hence, should all of you ready to feel this sustainable fishing tournament, then, you guys can see details in my post below in the style of fishing, traveling, photographing, eating, and drinking together with me now and onward.] ด้วยการจัดงานในครั้งนี้ได้มีภาครัฐเป็นโต้โผในการจัดงาน ร่วมกับ World Sport Fishing Federation-Asia รวมทั้งโต้โผร่วมต่างๆ ดังนั้น ก่อนเริ่มลงเรือออกทริปกันนั้น ก็ต้องมีพิธีรีตองกันเป็นธรรมดา [Subtitle: Due to this fishing tournament was hosted by the Thai Government Authorities together with the World Sport Fishing Federation-Asia (W.S.F.F.) including other co-hosts, therefore, the official ceremony is required.] 
[Subtitle: This was the time we departed from Rayong province heading to Trat province.] 
[Subtitle: We stopped by at the morning market around Rayong province looking for some fresh foods and other ingredients to cook on the boat.] 
และนี่คือภาพแห่งบทพิสูจน์สภาวะอากาศในวันนั้น [Subtitle: When we went too late for shopping. Neither fresh foods nor other ingredients we could buy for cooking at all. What I could remember very well was that the weather on that day was so warm indeed. And, this photo is the proof of the warm weather on that day.]

นี่คืออีกสิ่งหนึ่ง ที่น่าชื่นชมในการจัดงานน่ะครับ การปล่อยพันธุ์ปลากลับสู่ทะเล อีกสิ่งหนึ่งของการรักษาเผ่าพันธุ์ปลาให้ยั่งยืน [Subtitle: This was another admirable ceremony during the official opening tournament. Release the juvenile fishes to the sea. That’s another sustainable reservation of fish lives circle.]
